Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in new, sellable condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
